Short version: we only use what you send us to answer you, we don't track you, and nothing you type into this site is stored on our servers.

What we collect, and why
When you submit a project enquiry, the details you fill in (name, email address, location, and what you tell us about your garden or site) are used solely to assess and respond to your enquiry. Submissions are delivered to us by email and are not stored in a database by us.
If you email or call us directly, we keep that correspondence as long as needed to handle your question or project, and for our administration obligations.
Cookies and local storage
This website places no tracking or advertising cookies and uses no analytics. Your browser stores two functional preferences locally (your chosen theme and language); these never leave your device and require no consent under the AVG/Telecommunicatiewet.
Third parties
We do not sell or share your personal data. The website is hosted by Vercel Inc.; like every host, Vercel processes technical request data (such as IP addresses) in server logs to deliver the site securely. Enquiry-form submissions are delivered to our mailbox via the form service FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), which processes the submitted fields solely to send them to us by email. During this development phase some placeholder images load from an external image service (picsum.photos); these requests contain no personal data beyond the standard technical request.
Your rights
Under the AVG/GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to processing, and request data portability. Email hello@gronn.studio and we will respond within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Changes
We may update this statement when the website or our services change (for example, when the enquiry form starts submitting directly instead of via your mail program). The current version is always available on this page. Last updated: July 2026.
