- Unlimited revisions. One sketch round and one revision round are included; beyond that we work by the hour, and we say so before it happens.
- A photoreal render. It costs ten extra hours and sells no better than a good hand drawing with a clear planting plan. You are buying the thinking, not the draughtsmanship.
- A design without a budget. Left open, it is guaranteed to produce something that never gets built.
